A Bilbao : quelle place pour la culture dans les objectifs de développement durable ?

Depuis 2022, PHGD accompagne la campagne pour un Objectif Culture, lui apportant ses services techniques de recherche, de rédaction et de conseil sur les dynamiques institutionnelles internationales. Ce travail se poursuivra dans la perspective de la conférence internationale Mondiacult 2025, qui se tiendra à Barcelone fin septembre.

Flexeole Completes First Funding Round

A newly created holding company brings together 22 investors, who collectively own 2,9% of the company and have put their trust in Flexeole to develop its wind energy concept: small, flexible and efficient.

The funds raised enable Flexeole to take the first steps towards commissioning of its 50 kW demonstration facility in Cheminas (Ardèche). The detailed microstudy of online wind availability has been completed, permit submissions are in preparation and engineering studies have started.

Gaming and Philanthropy : A New Strategic Partnership for PHGD

PHGD is very happy to announce the signature of an agreement with Brain to Gain to support the development of innovative links between online gaming and philanthropy. The two companies will work together in 2021 to set up a technical and economic model, and the necessary partnerships, to enable Brain To Gain’s players to make their brain cells and their gaming fun work for the causes that matter to them.

« Recommendations for Managing Weak Signals » ‒ White Paper Published

Prepared by a working group of the “Club de Paris des Directeurs de l’Innovation”, of which John Crowley was a member, the White Paper reviews current thinking and practices on weak signals and makes proposals for improved management in a range of sectors.

The seven key recommendations of the White Paper are:

1. Be attentive and open-minded

2. Don’t get overwhelmed by information

3. Avoid the bias of wishful thinking

4. Adopt a transversal organization

5. Give continuity to the project

6. Diversify the sensors used

7. Create internal awareness of the importance of the topic
