{"id":3032,"date":"2026-01-15T18:34:46","date_gmt":"2026-01-15T17:34:46","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.phgd.group\/?p=3032"},"modified":"2026-01-15T18:38:30","modified_gmt":"2026-01-15T17:38:30","slug":"un-odd-culture-pourquoi-faire","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/phgd.group\/en\/2026\/01\/15\/un-odd-culture-pourquoi-faire\/","title":{"rendered":"Un ODD Culture, pourquoi faire ?"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Dans une session anim\u00e9e par Marie-Julie Desrochers, et aux c\u00f4t\u00e9s de Johanne Bouchard, John Crowley a pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 l&rsquo;ODD Culture &#8211; pour faire conna\u00eetre le travail r\u00e9alis\u00e9 en 2025 (<a href=\"https:\/\/culture2030goal.net\/sites\/default\/files\/2025-10\/culture2030goal_culture-goal-v10-fra_0.pdf\" title=\"\">pour lire le projet d&rsquo;ODD Culture<\/a>) et surtout pour r\u00e9fl\u00e9chir ensemble \u00e0 ce qu&rsquo;on peut en faire en 2026.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Et la conclusion est claire : de nombreux institutions et r\u00e9seaux, un peu partout au Canada, envisagent d&rsquo;explorer l&rsquo;adoption de l&rsquo;ODD Culture comme cadre volontaire de planification, d&rsquo;action et de reporting. Pour le b\u00e9n\u00e9fice op\u00e9rationnel imm\u00e9diat, pour le potentiel de partage d&rsquo;exp\u00e9rience et d&rsquo;intelligence collective, et aussi dans l&rsquo;espoir que la dynamique soci\u00e9tale encourage les diplomates \u00e0 int\u00e9grer la culture dans le futur cadre intergouvernemental \u00e0 \u00e9laborer. Et ce sera un plaisir de les accompagner.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ce qui apporte des \u00e9l\u00e9ments de r\u00e9ponse \u00e0 l&rsquo;interpellation qu&rsquo;a lan\u00e7\u00e9e Pierre Winicki lors de l&rsquo;annonce de la manifestation. A quelle \u00ab\u00a0douleur\u00a0\u00bb, comme on dit en marketing, r\u00e9pond l&rsquo;ODD Culture ? Il semble y en avoir trois, \u00e9troitement imbriqu\u00e9es :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1. la douleur que la valeur de la culture comme bien public soit ni\u00e9e par l&rsquo;accent mis sur la contribution du secteur culturel au PNB,<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2. la douleur que la culture, au lieu d&rsquo;unir, devienne un champ de bataille et une arme dans les luttes id\u00e9ologiques,<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>3. la douleur que l&rsquo;absence de prise en compte de la dimension culturelle de tous les ODD en place la r\u00e9alisation hors d&rsquo;atteinte.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Et bien s\u00fbr, ce n&rsquo;est pas un document qui peut y r\u00e9pondre. Pas davantage une conf\u00e9rence. C&rsquo;est la construction patiente, difficile, collective de nouveaux potentiels d&rsquo;action.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Et cui bono ?
